This Eaglerise LS-40-900 TRIAC LI is a 900mA 40W constant current triac dimmable LED Driver. 

It is typically used to operate low wattage constant current LED lights such as cabinet lights and downlights.

The compact housing and tool free wiring lends itself to quick and simple installations.  This driver is a Class II design, meaning it can be mounted both internally and externally of the light fitting.
