Description

Linear Lux manufactures a wide range of IP68 LED Linear Lights to suit almost any application for both intermediate and harsh environments. Known as our DURO series, this range is manufactured here in Australia to your exacting specifications.  The entire light assembly is resistant to dust and water, as well as being suitable for submersion.

Designed to suit the harshest environments, we use a proprietary two part water clear silicone resin specifically designed for use with LEDs.  All components are fully encased in the silicone resin, during the hardening phase the silicone resin forms a chemical bond ensuring high performance and resilience.  With the silicone being water clear there is no loss in light emission, providing a uniform and continuous light output throughout the assembly.  The resin is UV resistant, ensuring it will not degrade by yellowing or cracking over time.  Whilst forming an impenetrable bond, it is also flexible, allowing the entire assembly to expand and contract without compromising it’s integrity.

LED LIGHT TYPE

A wide rang of LED types can be used with DURO IP series, from 4.8 to 24Watts/m, with colour temperatures ranging from 2400 to 6500°K.  As well as white colours we can offer CCT (dual white 2400-6500°), RGB, RGB+CCT and all static colours; such as yellow, pink, purple etc.  We can also provide a completely dot-free look using the latest in COB design.

PROFILE TYPE

The DURO IP Series can be manufactured from any of our wide range of aluminium extrusions in anodised silver or black.  Custom powder coating is also available in virtually any colour.  Across the range of profiles we offer a range of lens types from clear, diffused, opaque and black.  Profiles are stocked in 3m lengths allowing us to produce the DURO IP series in any length up to 3m.
