Pricing
We mainly supply trade and wholesale customers, as such our website displays prices as excluding GST. However, we welcome all customers including end users and retail customers. Resellers, i.e. stockists are encouraged to apply for a reseller account.
Stock
We know you don't want to wait, so we believe in holding large volumes of stock. Our website shows the stock quantity of each item on the product page, this is updated on a daily basis.
Backorders
We ask that you contact us for an approximate lead time as in some instances it can be weeks or months.
Delivery
We are able to ship to any address in Australia using either Couriers Please, Startrack, Capital Transport or TNT. The freight charge is ONLY calculated when you enter your shipping address. Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email detailing the items ordered, payment method and delivery address. When your order has been booked for courier collection you will be sent a further email with tracking details. If your order is placed by 2:00pm Mon-Fri it will be despatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be despatched the following day. Delivery Times: Capital Cities <3kg is an overnight service. Capital Cities >3kg is a road service, expect 2-3 days. Regional Areas is a road service, expect 2-3 days. Brisbane Metro: $15.00+GST, Qld, NSW, ACT, VIC & SA: $17.50+GST, WA, NT & TAS: $20.00+GST. NOTE: 3m LED profile incurs a long item surcharge; Brisbane Metro: $45.00+GST, Qld, NSW, ACT, VIC & SA: $82.50+GST, WA, NT & TAS: $100.00+GST.
Pick Ups
A pick up option will only show if you enter a Brisbane address. We will advise you by email or phone when your order is ready for collection. In most instances pick ups are ready within 2 hours of receiving your order.

Returns Policy
No Goods may be returned other than with prior agreement in writing of Linear Lux. Prior to returning any Goods to us for any reason, the Customer must contact us to obtain a returns authorisation number ('RMA'). All Goods are returned at the Customer's risk and expense and should be undamaged by the Customer and in their original packaging. The Customer is responsible for returning Goods to us and for providing proof or delivery of such return. All Goods accepted for return should be returned for receipt by us within 7 days of delivery. The Customer returning the Goods need to clearly quote the Customer's account number, order number and RMA. Any Goods returned as 'unwanted' or 'incorrectly ordered' may at our discretion be subject to a restocking fee of 20.0% of the invoice value of the Goods (subject to a minimum charge of $20.00). Linear Lux expressly reserves the right (without limiting its discretion under this Condition 10) to refuse the cancellation of any order for or return for credit of Goods supplied by us which are not standard stock items. Consumable items are non-returnable.
